Royal Chen
Executive Vice General Manager
A Shoemaking Technician certified by the Taiwanese government and a highly respected expert in footwear manufacturing, he combines extensive theoretical knowledge with more than five decades of hands-on industry experience to solve complex technical challenges throughout the shoemaking process. Furthermore, as a dedicated educator and mentor, he helped establish the Shoe Manufacturing Technology Center at National Formosa University, taught students the complete shoemaking process, and provided internships for real-world industry experience.
Nick Chang

Having built his career in the footwear manufacturing industry from the ground up, advancing through key roles—from Purchasing Specialist and R&D to Assistant Factory Manager, Factory Manager, Senior Factory Manager, and ultimately General Manager of the company. He possesses end-to-end expertise across the entire manufacturing lifecycle, including business operations, product development, production, and shipping. Detail-oriented, dedicated, and pragmatic, Nick combines keen market insight with extensive hands-on factory management experience. He leads teams with a strong focus on operational stability and rigorous quality control, consistently earning the trust of clients and business partners.
